Hey guys! So my summer vacation has finally started! A grueling week of finals are over. In order to celebrate I went to the beach (Laguna beach) with my friends. It was a good beginning to my summer.

Crisp Mornings

Hey guys! It's been in the middle of finals week and I'm so excited because I actually had time to blog on my fashion blog <3 This whole week has been a great reassurance to why I chose to follow the route of becoming an artist and it has been a very motivating week indeed. I have been working hard as my first year of art school ends and I hope this motivation will keep me working hard through the summer!

Mini Drug Store Haul

Hey guys! Today I decided to go and buy these two products that I have been meaning to try for a long time. They are..

1. The Garnier BB Cream

2. EOS sweet mint lip balm.

I wanted to do a small review on these two products.

For the EOS sweet mint lip balm, I tried some on and my first thoughts were about how strange the shape of the lip balm is. The lip balm itself is alright and moisturizes pretty well. I like how your lips feel minty when you try them on.

As for the BB Cream: I heard on reviews that it is really oily! I have to say that it's true. I decided to try it again without putting moisturizer on and it worked better that time. Although it is decently opaque, my complexion does not look very clean when I put this on and it makes my face look really shiney. The color is a little bit darker than my actual skin tone but it is decently close. I decided to save this product for those days when you wake up late and need to rush to put on make up because it is pretty fast and removes a few steps from my makeup routine. The only thing I have to say if you plan on purchasing this product is do not use moisturizer before you put this on and make sure to bring a lot of oil blotting papers with you for throughout the day!

March Must Haves: Watch Edition

So it's about that time in my life where I've begun to start dreaming about the next beautiful watch to add to my collection.

The watch I currently have is this watch:

It is a gorgeous watch by Kathy Van Zeeland (Yes, the bag company! Who knew they made such pretty watches!)

I have been wearing this watch for about 2 years now. Originally it came with a gold band like this:

but it wore out after wearing it everyday and I decided to change the strap to a new color to give the watch a new look.

Although I still love this watch, the Italian made Lizard skin band that I replaced the gold band with is worn down and kind of dirty now because of the fact that I chose a white color. I would like to give this watch a break from the constant abuse it has been going through everyday since I first started wearing it. Thus we get into: March Must Haves: Watch Edition.

First we will start with the typical Michael Kors watch.

My friend recently bought a MK watch similar to the top image shown here but with a white ceramic band and rose gold. Needless to say, she absolutely loves her watch!

Compared to her other beautiful Marc Jacob's watch she completely is in love with her Michael Kors and would recommend it over Marc Jacobs anyday.

Other nice watches that caught my eye:

The top Fossil one is SO NICE.

And here are nice looking watches that I found for much much more cheaper (around $30-$100 approx). These are options of watches that are similar to the nice brand watches but are more affordable. If you don't want to spend the money but still want a glamourous watch, I would recommend one of the watches shown here. A lot of these watches can be found on Overstock.com and can be a very good price.
